Christ being the son of God/God himself going through the human experience may have come already with a level of wisdom and discernment than most of us. Maybe....
Iya our mother called our discernment as children our "first mind". Ive learned there are all types of reasons people and situations come into our lives. Some bad people and negative situations come and lead us directly into our purpose. Some come to steal kill and destroy. In these incidents we have to use our "first mind" it speaks to us and many times we ignore it because we want what we want.
I think Judas was a disciple that lead Christ right to his purpose. To us Judas would be considered a hater or a trader or an unload friend. But if we are steadfast and prayerful and are using wisdom we know when to rid ourselves of leeches. We know when folks mean us no good. Christ knew who Judas was.

I say to my girls in all things use wisdom. If it looks like a snake its a snake. When someone shows you who they are believe them. They know themselves better than you. Its okay to be alone and not follow the crowd. And as my mom said follow your first mind.
